Status after a year

I hope no one minds this post too much, as it's a summary of results for my efforts over a period of time. I'd like to do status posts every say, 6 months so I can use the tag filter to see how I'm doing!

Disclaimer: my physical condition and goals are based on *my* history and *my* understanding of MY body in Recovery Mode. None of which is in any way reflective of anyone else's journey in terms of health, fitness, or happiness. I sincerely wish you the best in your own efforts, whatever they may be. Please do NOT read under the cut if details are going to depress, offend, or vex you.

free dance, not quite 20 minutes.

20 minutes free dance today, about same yesterday. Am shooting to get back into it with small amounts of time done daily rather than big blocks 3 times a week. We'll see how it goes.

It's amazing how the random aches and pains disappear when I'm active, even this little bit.

40 minutes of free dance with a bunch of aerobics type things thrown in there. Best free workout I've ever had, in terms of how hard I worked. Go me. Now I just need to keep this up regularly.

40 minutes free dance. I'm starting to get bored of this too, even though it's an activity I enjoy. Am I doomed to never stick to a good routine?

35 minutes free dance.

30 minutes free dance; better than nothing considering it's been 2 weeks.

Still going strong!

I love that there's a gym in my house! :)

I went downstairs just now and rode the skiing machine for 10 minutes, rode a stationary bike for 7 minutes, lifted some weights and stretched and did stomach crunches.
